Old Babes in the Wood

Old Babes in the Wood is a “dazzling collection” of 15 short stories written by Canadian author Margaret Atwood that address the unique times in which we are living. Written in Atwood’s own iconic style are short stories about a mother/daughter relationship, two sisters discussing loss through their own memories which are intertwined with the story of a long married couple through the decades. 

Old Babes in the Wood should be an interesting read based on the fictional characters and the fact that discussing short stories will be a new experience for Bas Bleu participants.
