In response to member feedback, Sheila Williams has arranged for a new first aid training and certification event this summer!
Administered by Action First Aid, this course consists of 4 hours of online, self-paced work and 1-day in class for 8 hours. The online portion of this course must be completed prior to the in-class day. Participants will receive a certificate & wallet card emailed to them after the course has been completed, stating “Certified in Standard First Aid AED/CPR Level C”.
This blended program combines online learning with in-class instructor led training. Prior to joining the class to practice your skills, the online learning offers an unprecedented approach to learning CPR/AED training which includes 3D animations, interactive lessons, and live-scenario videos. The in-class instructors will lead you through what you learned online and ensure you walk away with the practical skills. The course will be offered on August 2nd at the Whitefish Falls Community Center from 9 am to 5 pm. Participants should plan to pack their own lunch and beverages. We have room for a maximum of 20 participants. The cost is $140 + tax.
