Annual General Meeting

BICA’s 87^th Annual Member Meeting (AMM) will be held this Saturday, July 30 at 4PM on Ruby Island TP2567 (map), currently enjoyed by the Bjornson family. Please moor at the west docks so those with mobility challenges can use the more accessible dock on the east side. The theme of this year’s meeting is ‘Building Community Through Engagement’. Our meeting structure will offer informality, dialogue, and decision-making by all members. Please come prepared to share your ideas for making our community better!

Some notes:
– Please arrive at Ruby Island between 3:30-3:45pm. The meeting will start promptly at 4pm.
– Bring folding chairs. The meeting will last approximately one hour and will be held outdoors.
– Boat pool if possible due to limited dock space
– AMM rain date is the next day, July 31^st, at the same time and location. Watch your email in case of rain.

The wine and cheese Social will start directly after the annual meeting at 5:15pm. Please bring a favourite bottle of wine to share with the BICA community.  If beer is more to your liking, we have a cooler chest of Ace Hill products generously donated by Ryan Burton. Appetizers will be provided by the board of directors. We welcome anyone to contribute to the banquet.
